i like the custom box! i suggest using double sided tape for the tags, so it looks cleaner than sticky tape. there was promo for mbx this week, basic cars and 5-packs half price! so i bought these: and left these on the rack:

here the some outlets selling the short cards (eg Coles, Safeway) restock slower than those who sell long cards (eg TRU, KMart) but to answer your question, no i dont think it was a new restock since the whole rack was an old wave with some older cars. as for the other store, it was a new restock hence the TH
