cham2020 0 Posted June 15, 2009 RM 5....?mattel is really ripping off here.... lousy selection of cars, inconsistent quality, high price.....but the branding power cause alot of collectors to pay a high price for it even you can get a better quality car model ( from another brand ) at a lower price. Cannot compare to those series that are not locally available. But there are HW basic cars selling on eBay @ ridiculous price. Anyway, it's not a big deal to me as I would rather go hunt for it then paying extra.
thefuhrer 0 Posted June 15, 2009 i wonder why Mattel SEA heard our cry on CS's price policy but not about Mesra outrageous rm8.70 So the government didn't allow supplier to control toys prices, but aren't Mattel concern about their branding image being indirectly damaged by some irresponsible seller's tactics?? Pls note : free, discounted or lower price is always good, but no stock or higher than usual price is forever no good

aphong2681 0 Posted June 16, 2009 Gov. campaign "Beli Barang Buatan M'sia" but now locally made HWs are sold at higher price compared to others? Yes, our price is the cheapest in the region but how can it still be expensive compared to other region? We produced it locally and yet still sell higher? danoneism 0 Posted June 16, 2009 hurm.. i think its just a matter of time until the price of these HW raise.. a perfect example is the tomica's price... it was only rm5.90 when i start collecting them.. than increased to 7.90 and now its 11.90.. huhu... since the price going up to 11.90, i nvr buy any of it.. hehe.. so if HW raise their price until that level maybe i'll collect other model which have lower price.. hurm.. maybe tesco's car.. hehe..
