Great news, and no wonder you were feeling so rough eh? Love the pics! I guess that's true - but I think that makes my life so much easier - no limitation (apart from tripe) and so much to choose from but I'm not forcing anyone to adapt my way of eating (like some vegetarians that I know ) I know, I don't like being lectured either, and veggies can be the worst. My friend was reading a review of a restaurant she was going to last week, it's Spanish - and one of the delicacies there is fish tripe EEK! although Giles Coren says the first mouthful was awful, he went on to say it was the food of the gods! Go figure. That was what I said when I posted it - but how can it be a joke if it's printed today? (unless they made a mistake) Bye Kijo.

I'm on elastic? Yes, you go away and then PING you snap back here again! My parents used to buy it too - never liked it, all those little beads in my mouth, bleurgh! Talking of food, I'd have thought this was an April Fool's joke if it had been tomorrow http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/Business/Pineberries-At-Waitrose-Spring-Fruit-Looks-Like-Strawberry-But-Tastes-Like-Pineapple/Article/201003415589194?lpos=Business_First_UK_News_Feature_Teaser_Region_0&lid=ARTICLE_15589194_Pineberries_At_Waitrose%3A_Spring_Fruit_Looks_Like_Strawberry_But_Tastes_Like_Pineapple

Hahaa you spotted it, I was going to say Amazing what they get them doing these days! and it's really not the weather for it! WB, BG - it's like you're on elastic I can't abide fish roe, even caviar, it makes me hurl - and smoked salmon (still count that as raw) and I don't like sticky cold rice either

Good luck with the sushi making Bee. Another one who's not a fan, I have a problem with certain textures, and raw fish is one of them, although people who do like it, adore it. I know what you're thinking Frannie, but it's hard to let go. It's 4 years next Tuesday since my Dad's funeral and I still fill up, even though he lived to be 93! I find it hurts every mother's day (different date every year) as it was that day he died, then the actual date he died (March 26th) and then again on the date of his funeral, which was a while afterwards. Let me change the subject a bit - how was Mark after his day back? Erk, I really need that coffee now...

IMOM was on the phone again. He has a customer who owes nearly £20,000 for goods he received on 15th December last year. He was due to pay for them on 12th January - although people always take a week or two longer. He still hasn't paid anything and IMOM has been chasing the payment since it was due. Last week he suddenly says there's a problem with the goods and they aren't what he bought, and although he's sold over half, he's had problems with it! (the goods involved are foodstuffs which have to be kept at a certain temperature) All very suspicious if you ask me. I've just composed an email for IMOM saying that no problem was reported until last week when payment was already X weeks overdue, and that in the meantime IMOM has spoken to 3 different people there, none of whom made any complaint. I've said that it's a serious allegation against the suppliers as all the production and import documentation is in order, and so IMOM will be going along with a Surveyor to inspect what remains of the parcel of goods. Hah! Right, back with you. Glad you're feeling better today Kijo, how's your face? (did you have some sore places there?) I suggested calomine lotion to put on while you sleep, but not sure if I have the right end of the stick, or if you saw that yesterday? I shall go out in my wet weather gear and a hat today lol.

I don't think so - but, if you have 99 fruit and pick more you'd have to leave them in rooms, or they'd automatically cash in I guess??? You have to pick them after they have 3 on a tree or then they stop producing - does that seem to make sense? hee hee, I know, I sound like a liability don't I? I have to go and replace a lightbulb that's blown, so best if I say goodbye for now, incase you really do worry that disaster's befallen me! See you soon x

I wouldn't be without my cooling tray now. See you Boogaloo, I remember that transition with the hour changing and the kids rebelling against bedtime. BG the wind has got up here and the weather map on TV looks very threatening. Do you think I dare go into the kitchen and see if anything explodes tonight, or there are any unwelcome visitors???
