quite possibly carb icing at this time of year i suffered from it for the first time today, as the bandits are notorious for it! try popping some wynns dry fuel or silkolene pro fst in the tank, works for me -

is the bike properly warmed up at this point? I get it on the bandit sometimes, usually when its still a bit cold. I think the sudden rush of cold air startles it a bit lol -
