I do. I loved my 600 and had put a lot of time and effort into it and didn't struggle to keep up with 12's on it as long as I wasn't 2 up but compared to this it was just gutless. -
Chuffing he'll. Pushbike collision and 4x4 don't often go well together in a sentence. Glad he's ok! Thank god the 4x4 was only doing 30! -

Usd's next then? Then turbo? I knew a dave once with a standard bandit.... Once you make one mod you have to do the next and it's always the best mod and you promise yourself (and your missus) it's the last. Look forward to seeing the seat dave! -

Brakes on mine (mk1 4 pots) are shit hot! Couldn't believe how good they were to be honest. It's got an srad master cylinder but can't see that being much of an improvement -
Painted and poorly I'm afraid. The paintwork is a little rough and the engine could do with a lick too although I do like the silver on top so may have that coated. Got some plans for it yet though. Just enjoying riding it as is for now. Gonna whip the plugs out tomorrow and scrub em and see if I can find out why it's running on 3!

Loving the extra power! Just need to stop snatching the throttle back in first coz the front end keeps going skywards! Lol. Sounded and felt like it was running 3 though which I wasn't too impressed about. Hopefully it's something simple!

Seen this done with mopeds before. Good idea but not for long periods. I picked up a bike today and the guy had it on a proper bike trailer. He then took te bike off and took the trailer apart in about 5 mins and chucked it in the boot. Happy days -
Dunno about prices but I'd be looking at something like a BMW gs1200 or whatever they're called. But with having a great allrounder (the b12) it's hard to find something different enough without thinking sportsbike or supermoto or similar and your too old for them! Lol -
I maychop the can the be honest but I'd rather have a full length carbon oval but as money is now tichit I might just chop this. May even powdercoat the sleeve. The can has a couple of dings where it meets the link pipe so could cut them out easily.

Owned and loved my mk1 600 for 4 years but I'd gone as far as I want to go with it modification wise I got it handling like a dream but the next step was to strip it and powdercoat it and then fit usd's and for me this wasn't worth doing to a 600 as I'd always wish it had more power. So I bought this today It's a little rough around the edges but the hard work has been dome for me! Usd's powdercoated frame braced swingarm etc. Once iv got some of the bits up to scratch I intend doing some further mods but you'll have to wait and see about those. I rode it 110 miles to get it home and was very impressed with bothe the power and brakes!

Very interested to see the result of that "wrinkle finish" I tried getting hold if some textures spray on bed liner (for pic up trucks etc) last year but the American company "dupilcolour" or something like that aren't allowed to ship it to europe! Bike looks amazing mate well done SO far -
Happens to the best of us mate. Just be glad they didn't catchyou 10 mins earlier or later where you may or may not have been doing more. -
If they were no good he should have sent em Back as they were, end of story. In stripping and binning them he's voided any rights imo -
