  1. Yeah Stu you got a point there, didnt give it a second thought.
  2. Thought I'd share a few pics of today's brief ride. I'm no photographer but I quite like the first one Taken on my Iphone.
  3. Just found them for £245, been reading some reviews though saying too loud and mid range power loss. Don't really want to have to go down the power Commander route. Also been looking at the two brothers pipes, completely different look and a little quieter.
  4. Sounds bloody lovely and don't look too bad either, normally not my cup of tea.
  5. Always done mine through tomtom, I did look into other avenues but found it a bit of a mare.
  6. I'd go for payment on completion. As you already said you have given them a quote for the exact amount so they know what the final price will be.
  7. For sale a pair of Oxford sports lifetime panniers with waterproof covers. They also unzip to allow for more room. Good condition with a small wear mark as shown in the photo. No bungee's or shoulder straps. £40 inc postage or collect for £35
  8. I think I know which forum your on about Jeff , Its the one that I am no longer a member of think its going to be a hagon Mark Here you go Dave lifted from that "other good forum" MK2 in to a MK1 Standard Bandit 1200 in to a 600 – No mods Hagon or any aftermarket made for a B6/B12 – No mods Early 90's GSXR (slingshot) with remote resevoir – Easy modification to lower mount. Slight lift CBR600 – Mods to shock mounts and to undertray/battery box Busa – Fits K series R6 - Fits all. Bottom mount needs bushes fitting to make up for the difference in bolt size. The r6 shock has 12mm hole, Bandit has 10mm hole. Battery tray needs 10mm trimming off. Gsxr 1000 - will fit depending on year, K1 - 4 are too long, but I have fitted K7/8 1000 ones to 1200 bandits so they definitely fit, they are 25mm shorter than earlier ones, all you need is 4 washers and a stanley knife. Cut 10mm of battery box and use washers to space dogbones. Bolt knuckle to centre stand mount. - http://www.banditforum.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=41022.0 sv1000/mk2 sv650 - fits mk1 and most likely mk2 with some mods. Please see page 55 of the Project 'aRSe Bandit' thread for details. Early k series GSXR1000/750 - will fit if you move the linkage to the centre stand mount and use longer dog bones on the mk1 12. Shouldn't be as much of a problem on the 600 and on all k series. SRAD - As above As 400's are less common, I know the above shocks should physically fit the mountings but some of them may require you to trim undertrays, battery boxes etc. All above info is taken from the below thread. Please feel free to PM me if any shocks or info has been left out - http://www.banditforum.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=20389.0

  12. Why bother now you have the Bking, just scrap..........sorry i mean sell it
  13. Cheers Dick . Right I've just thought of another question bobbins or cups or no real difference ? I'm guessing advantage of bobbins is less chance of scratching your swingarm.
  14. Fair chance I'll be going 27th too, normally always go on the last day. Although those days of getting a last day bargain I think have long gone
  15. Cheers Boys all very helpful. Dave I was thinking about the bike show too. I would go straight for the Abba stand as it looks most stable but for the £90+ price tag its not an option.
  16. I'm looking for a rear paddock stand anyone got any recommendations ? I've seen one in Busters for £15 but as you all know you get what you pay for so not sure on quality. My budget is up to £40. Cheers.
