  3. if you know your dog has the tendency to wander off when not on the lead, keep it on a lead!!
  4. Think you may have to slow down then Lol! wasn't that fast new 4-1 section sticks out further than the old one
  5. Scratched my link pipe and scuffed Cay's boot on a roundabout though
  6. We're home too good ride out, cheers chad! *ears are ringing a bit*
  7. Think they need to have a better way of getting bikes out of silverstone, two years in a row ive been and almost been knocked off my bike by ***** trying to race out the exit.
  8. Agreed, been going every year since it started, will be missing this year unless we get back at a decent time Sunday
  9. Ahhh 29er is what they call a bike with 29" wheels
  10. Just make sure you keep the tent locked I'm putting Cay on guard
  11. good news! got a set of avon storm 2 ultras fitted this morning.. Bad news, f****ng screwdriver in it on the way home from skeggy! 200 miles and that happens. Good thing is, it went in the tread, not down through the tyre!!
  12. Yep, i did look a while back when i first got the bike and im sure it says **03 which would mean the tyre is infact, a year older than the bike ( unless the bike was made in 03 on a 04 plate? )
  13. Yeah, not sure but seems odd that the previous owner went for a conti on the front and a bridgestone on the back. Mixing models of tyre is fine to me as long as its a softer compound on front IF different to the rear, but not mixing makes. Might bite the bullet and get a set of maxxis supermaxx fitted in the morning then take the bike for a 200 mile run to scrub them in. Either that or order a set of Avon Storm 2 Ultra. Either way i'm looking at £200 ish the pair fitted
  14. Don't worry, the bike came straight home from work and is now parked up in the garage, wont be using it till i get a new set ( i don't do singles and i wont touch part worn's ) tyre was fine this morning, so it was a case of getting home and putting it away.
  15. well after the ride home, i counted at least 10 bubbles in the tyre. The tyre was on the bike when i bought it in february and from what i can work out its a bloody old tyre!
  16. Can't say i've had this happen before on a motorcycle tyre, I know it was getting low and needing to be changed soon ( just about on the wear bands ) But got to work this morning to see this!! tyre was fine last night and when I left. Got a 15 mile journey home and not looking forward to it at all!! Its like this, every 4-5 inch around the tyre!
  17. http://www.flickriver.com/photos/jano2106/ Spent the last few hours looking at these, up to image 924 with 6000+ more! some cracking bikes old and new Love this CBX1000
  18. so what we doing matt ? meeting services on the m1 somewhere ? what time ? and if something happens and you cant make it ,I will pick cay up no probs we will be going, bikes all sorted now! trying to think of best place to meet, probs around lunch time? could meet at riverside, grab a subway or something for lunch then go from there?

  20. Bit of a plea here, the other halves dad's parrot has escape from his cage in studley. If anyone around the warwickshire area ( stratford, redditch, studley etc ) could keep a eye out for a African grey parrot, his name is Max and would probs be sitting in a tree somewhere barking. He does have a habbit of calling 2 names, Cayleigh and Craig, barking and pretending to be the phone ( pretty much all he does . Anyway this is him
  21. Remus Grand Prix exhaust, oval shape, carbon fibre, lovely sounding exhaust! comes with both springs, this is the race version with 54mm inlet, but its quiet enough to pass a MOT, and roars like mad when you open it up. £60 inc postage if anyone is interested? Only had roughly 1000 miles use if that. Nothing to say its not road legal 2thumbsWill post pictures tonight
