No but I would use the oil and filter, some folk are not happy using pattern oil filters, I have and have never had a problem. ps I lost my bar end the other night and the nut & other bit were left in side the bar! -

Hydro threapy I used a plastic foot ball in a net bag and tied it round my ankle try pulling it below the surface! it kills ask the qauk first.

125,000 good body work been a good van really but when it dose screw up its a pain in the ass. but its a van I will sort it no worrys I got up at some silly time this morning wile the sun was out and I was back on the road by 9.30am Just in time for an ASDA breakfast ! sod of a job though. -

Well alternator pully sheared off and to remove the alternator I have to almost drop the motor out to gain access!sod of a job.l8ters init

Went work done a days work driving home and I lose the power steering battery light comes on so I carry on knowing that the water pump is driven from the timing belt so its not going to over heat and that the alternator belt as gone AWOL. Pictures later off to groval under me van

I pull weed(s) out the Garden,go for long pedal bike rides to help get rid of the well paid for gut though swilling ale down and Posting nonsense late in to the night on some bike forum. Ho read weird shit about this kind of stuff. It wrecks your melon man! -

Some time ago I read a thread about the 1000 post club house on this forum, free drinks live bands at weekends, pool table and dodgy goods such as Cherryade,Root beer,Tizer, Bom bay mix along with hot meat pies and other salty snacks. Free camping no dogs,campfires or glass bottols back patch club posters by prior arrangement. Was this place in Syston or Hereford can not for the life of me remember? Any info would be great tar regards XS ps thirsty and hungary
