U look well for it stue i use a protein shake but dont want to rely on them. would you recommend one or not bother?Yea i use whey protein, especially when on offer as for fancy diets all i done was cut me meals in half worked a treat for me

The best advice i can give personally is dont go every day, your body needs rest play in between, ive always done mon, wed, fri, nights for only an hour at a time, i went from 18stone to 13an half then back upto 15stone minus the fat and felling a whole lot better for it

My riding style might dictate that question Stue. I like to use engine braking as my main form of slowing down, this helps to keep concentration levels high & early conering judgement. Ive only ridden the sv1000 and she was awesome i understand were your coming from mate, best of luck with whatever you choose to do, ps dont forget to let us all know what you find and may purchase ie pics etc etc -
