  1. So have I and the devil is a LIAR! Not on my watch will he ever get away with this!!!!!!!!!!
  2. Isaiah 40:31(Amp) "But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power. They shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired." I was going to save this until it is completed but I don't think the Lord would immediately bring this scripture up in my spirit as I read your post if He didn't want me to share what I have thus far. Wait = to be available or in readiness; anticipate; look forward to; to remain or rest in expectation. Upon = in or into complete or approximate contact with; affixed to, against, attached to, in, next to, on top of Shall = will have to, is determined to, or definately will; must; is obligated to; something that is inevitable; to have to. Mount = to go up; climb; ascend; to raise or put into position for use; to arrange for display; to rise or go to a higher position, level degree, etc; ascend; increase, grow, deepen, enhance, enlarge. Wings = Figurative of freedom and strength from God. Eagles = Represents the quality and character of God's Sovereignty. "But celestial.butterfly, remain or rest in expectation affixed to the Lord definately will renew her strength; she is determined to be raised and put into position for use up with freedom and strength as the quality and character of God's SOVEREIGNTY; she is obligated to run and not be weary; she will have to walk and not faint. We are in the time and season of restoration and an outpouring of God's spirit upon all flesh. Do Not allow the enemy to still your JOY OF THE LORD which is your strength.
  3. :PTL: :thankyou: , Jesus! That is AWESOME...Our Father is Sovereign over ALL things!!!!!!!!
  4. In the name of Jesus! I stand in agreement as well!
  5. God, I pray that you bring divine revelation and wisdom to Mariakitty, in the name of Jesus! Order her footsteps on the path she should take. May you be gloried in all she does and in every place she visits. Encamp your shield of protection round-a-bout her, God, that she may be protected from all hurt, harm and danger. Confirm Your WIll concerning this matter. Confirm Your Plans and Your Purpose concerning this trip. Guide and direct her. Bring instructions to her so she will pursue this assignment in ALL AREAS the way You designed it to be carrried out...In Jesus' name...AMEN!
  6. :PTL: Jesus...You are magnificent! This is a prime example of NOT limiting God in a certain way to reveal himself to your prayer this morning. You would have missed out on the move of God simply because you refused to see your answer in the clouds...His creation! God used His creation to speak to His creation! Look out Now!! :thankyou: , Lord!
  7. Take your time Jimmie and don't rush into things. In time, he will either prove himself worthy of being the man of God who God has chosen to be your husband or he will prove himself to be a counterfeit. I pray that God will reveal who this man is and his purpose for being in your life right now. I speak against the spirit of deception right now in the name of Jesus and I command every hidden thing that is connected with this man and his or the devil's motives be exposed in the name of Jesus! We don't have time for any games and distractions!!!!!!!!!!
  8. He said He WILL rebuke the devourer for your sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. Some of you may know I have previously posted my struggle with smoking cigarettes. I have shared the convictions I had regarding holding a leadership position in my church during this struggle. I shared the fact that I DID NOT want to quit because I liked smoking. Why? I don’t know…I just did. However, I knew God was calling me to come before Him so HE could deliver me. Many times I tried to do it on my own. Many times I would stop and start again. Although I liked smoking cigarettes, my desire to be obedient to God outweighed it all even DURING the struggle. Yes, I still smoked, but the satisfaction and enjoyment was no longer there. It’s almost as if I was just going through the motions. I was honest with the Lord and told Him I didn’t want to stop smoking because I liked it and He was going to have to deliver me from them. I knew God wanted to set me free but I just didn’t know how to allow Him to. I’m like… “God, how do I accept being delivered from something I like doing?” ]Time and time again, I would go up for prayer asking for deliverance. I wouldn’t have one for a day or say and I was back to puffing away. This went back and forth for about two years. I heard a sermon at a conference by Bishop Paul Morton. His message was all about the mind. It all boils down to the mind…IT’S A MIND THING. “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 2:5) Did it penetrate at that moment and cause me to stop? No, but the seed was planted. I would repeat that scripture A LOT…even if I had a cigarette in my hand. The more I studied the word and God revealed Himself to me, the more I wanted His Will for my life . The more I wanted His Will for my life, the less I wanted to like smoking. The less I wanted to like smoking, the more determined I got to allow Him to deliver me June 14, 2007, we had a DELIVERANCE, MIRACLE CONFERENCE at my church. There was suppose to be a guest speaker that night but the dates got mixed up so my Pastor preached. Well, actually I don’t think she got a chance to preach because God took over the service. She called me up and told me God wanted me to be free. She began to pray for me and speaking against everything that was not like God operating in my life. She specifically spoke to me smoking cigarettes and it was like she was in warfare as she prayed. Something went through me and I HAVEN’T had a cigarette from that day to this one :thankyou: . I couldn’t stop praising God that night. Even when I got tired, I would rest and all of a sudden it would hit me again. Service was going forth and I could feel people grabbing me and I heard Pastor say, “Yall leave her alone.” I was delivered from those cigarettes and I give God all the glory because HE did it. No one else can take the credit for that…not even me.
  10. I WILL ENTER HIS GATES WITH THANKSGIVING IN MY HEART. I WILL ENTER HIS COURTS WITH PRAISE. I WILL SAY THIS IS THE DAY THAT THE LORD HAS MADE. I WILL REJOICE FOR HE HAS MADE ME GLAD! 11. Great! My son plays it ALL! He's an all-star in football, basketball, and baseball! He has been playing since he was 5 and he'll be 13 in October. And just like Cholette's son, He has NEVER had an injury! Of course there were times when I thought he was hit too hard in football. One time he was running down the field and was hit. That big ol' boy hit my baby and he flew out of bounds. He hit my baby hard. I said, " " I got up and and his coach looked at me and said, "Don't you jump cross that fence. He alright!" Honey, I was headed toward the fence to go check on my baby! :snicker: : I think I would've embarrassed him if I had, though. He loves it and I love watching him. Ohh, Cholette...you missed out on the best years. Little league is the FUNNIEST to watch. Those kids are a mess! But it is a treasure to see how they grow each year.
  12. That was beautifully put, Cholette! I wanted to touch basis on the athletic area. My son and my oldest daughter are very athletic. I played a sport in school and so did their dad. Anywho, I don't think you should stop him from playing any sport whether you think he's gifted in it or not. That's what practice is for. Trust me, if it gets to hard for him (especially football) he won't pursue it. I would also talk to him about what he is gifted in and ask him why he doesn't want to pursue that. Because of the areas you mentioned he is talented in, he may be getting remarks from his peers. Kids can be really cruel and he may just be trying to fit in and prove his man(boy)hood.
  13. I said all of that to say this...HEARING HIM speak to our hearts should be the most desired way. I know he longs to have dialogues with us...but most times we do the monologue thing. Asking for dreams, in my opinion, is dangerous because I do know that there are "soulish" dreams and those can be crazy. I also agree that when we don't learn to hear God's still small voice, we are missing out on the best part of the Christian walk -- fellowship with Jesus! I enjoy the dreams God gives me, and I'm so thankful for them. But my favorite is when He just outright talks to me. I love hearing His voice, and it requires no interpretation! AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. I admire that about you the most, Sandra. You always come to the table with the "MEAT" (The Word )!
  15. I am soooooo glad this has ministered to you all!
  16. You're welcome. I need to practice everything in this memo.
  17. Effective immediately, please be aware that there are changes you need to make in your life. These changes need to be completed in order that I may fulfill my promises to you to grant you peace, joy and happiness in this life. 1. QUIT WORRYING Life has dealt you a blow and all you do is sit and worry. Have you forgotten that I am here to take all your burdens and carry them for you? Or do you just enjoy fretting over every little thing that comes your way? 2. PUT IT ON THE LIST Something needs done or taken care of. Put it on the list. No, not YOUR list. Put it on MY to-do list. Let ME be the one to take care of the problem. I can't help you until you turn it over to me. And although my to-do list is long, I am after all, God. I can take care of anything you put into my hands. In fact, if the truth were ever really known, I take care of a lot of things that you never even realize. 3. TRUST ME Once you've given your burdens to me, quit trying to take them back. Trust in me. Have the faith that I will take care of all your needs, your problems and your trials. Problems with the kids? Put them on my list. Problem with finances? Put it on my list. Problems with your emotional roller coaster? For my sake, put it on my list. I want to help you. All you have to do is ask. 4. LEAVE IT ALONE Don't wake up one morning and say, "Well, I'm feeling much stronger now, I think I can handle it from here." Why do you think you are feeling stronger now? It's simple. You gave me your burdens and I'm taking care of them. I also renew your strength and cover you in my peace. Don't you know that if I give you these problems back, you will be right back where you started? Leave them with me and forget about them. Just let me do my job. 5.TALK TO ME I want you to forget a lot of things. Forget what was making you crazy. Forget the worry and the fretting because you know I'm in control. But there's one thing I pray you never forget. Please don't forget to talk to me OFTEN! I love you. I want to hear your voice. I want you to include me in on the things going on in your life. I want to hear you talk about your friends and family. Prayer is simply you having a conversation with me. I want to be your dearest friend. 6. HAVE FAITH I see a lot of things from up here that you can't see from where you are. Have faith in me that I know what I'm doing. Trust me, you wouldn't want the view from my eyes. I will continue to care for you, watch over you, and meet your needs. You only have to trust me. Although I have a much bigger task than you, it seems as if you have so much trouble just doing your simple part. How hard can trust be? 7.SHARE You were taught to share when you were only two years old. When did you forget? That rule still applies. Share with those who are less fortunate than you. Share your joy with those who need encouragement. Share your laughter with those who haven't heard any in such a long time. Share your tears with those who have forgotten how to cry. Share your faith with those who have none. 8. BE PATIENT I managed to fix it so in just one lifetime you could have so many diverse experiences. You grow from a child to an adult, have children, change jobs many times, learn many trades, travel to so many places, meet thousands of people, and experience so much. How can you be so impatient then when it takes me a little longer than you expect to handle something on my to-do-list? Trust in my timing, for my timing is perfect. Just because I created the entire universe in only six days, everyone thinks I should always rush, rush, rush. 9. BE KIND Be kind to others, for I love them just as much as I love you. They may not dress like you, or talk like you, or live the same way you do, but I still love you all. Please try to get along, for my sake. I created each of you different in some way. It would be too boring if you were all identical. Please know I love each of your differences. 10. LOVE YOURSELF As much as I love you, how can you not love yourself? You were created by me for one reason only - to be loved, and to love in return. I am a God of Love. Love me. Love your neighbors. But also love yourself. It makes my heart ache when I see you so angry with yourself when things go wrong. You are very precious to me. Don't ever forget that! With all my heart I love you, GOD
  18. That's a tough one juewls davis 777. With God, anything is possible.
  19. Laughter is good for the soul, Dreamster! I'm glad you enjoyed them!
  20. 3 year old Reese starts the prayer..."Our Father, who does art in heaven. Harold is His name - Amen! _____________________________________________________________________________________ After the christening of his baby brother in church, Jason sobbed all the way home in the back seat of the car. His father asked him three times what was wrong. Finally, the boy replied, "That preacher said he wanted us brought up in a Christian home, and I wanted to stay with you guys." ______________________________________________________________________________________ One particular four-year-old boy prayed..."And forgive us our trash baskets as we forgive those who put trash in our baskets. ______________________________________________________________________________________ A mother was preparing pancakes for her sons, Kevin 5, and Ryan 3. The boys began to argue over who would get the first pancake. Their mother saw the opportunity for a moral lesson. "If Jesus were sitting here, He would say, 'Let my brother have the first pancake. I can wait'." Kevin turned to his younger brother and said, "Ryan, you be Jesus." ______________________________________________________________________________________ 3 year old Alex's parents decided to let him be in the delivery room to see his baby sister being born. As his mother gave the last push, out pops his baby sister. The doctor turns her over and pops her on her little behind. She begins to cry. Alex says, "Pop her little butt again. She shouldn't have crawled in there in the first place."
  21. I guess I should've clarified something. This is not my work. It was sent to me in an email a few years back and I saved it to my files. I look at it from time to time and decided to post it. I don't want to take credit for work that does not belong to me.
  22. I speak healing in the name of Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  23. I know what you mean Cholette. I know I'm not perfect. I know I'm not where I should be BUT THANK GOD I'm not where I used to be!
