Lots of prayer for my Dad and my parents' marriage please
Deborah replied to Abigail*'s topic in A Praying Place
to you, Abigail. Father God, I thank You for being a father who never leaves us, never forsakes us. Thank you for creating Abigail. I know you love her and her parents with an everlasting love. Heal all the wounds in this family. Speak to Agustin, bring him into your kingdom and set him free from all that binds him. I pray for Maria that you will heal her emotional and physical wounds. Purge her lungs of the effects of breathing in secondhand smoke. Give her new lungs. Let Abigail and her mom feel your supernatural peace now, let your love and joy permeate this house. Amen. -

Yes, God is good! Their truck stopped working at one point and the tractor that finally got to them had to move drifts that were as much as 12 feet (about 4 meters) high. I cooked up a storm while they were gone, including an apple pie that was still a little warm when they finally walked through the door.

What unity I sense in this post! One time I was in a praise and worship service and I saw in my spirit an orchestra--all the instruments (the people)were tuning so once they all played together they'd all be in tune with one another. Here on earth we know only in part, we see through a glass dimly. I think these little glimpses we see of events that actually come to pass is the Holy Spirit tuning us so we trust we're being led by Him. Then when He shows us big things we will know to pay attention.

Please pray for my husband and 19-year-old son who are stranded in a winter blizzard. They have 1/2 tank of gas and a little food, but their clothes are wet. (They took turns walking in front of the vehicle while it could still move since the visibility is so poor. The snow is mixed with rain, that's how they got soaked.) They are literally in the middle of nowhere on a country road. Pray the enemy will not prevail in this situation, that no hypothermia sets in and that instead only a good report will come of this.
