I feel your pain. I suffer from clinical depression and generalized anxiety disorder. My emotions can get out of control. I was hospitalized for self-mutilation. I was in a very dark place. I am not out of the woods yet. I suggest you seek some counseling. I have made a lot of progress with therapy. You need to someone to talk to you and take you seriously. Go to Christian counseling if you want. When you feel at your worst, cry out to Jesus. God saved my life. I would've killed myself if it weren't for him. Jesus understands. The bible says he is a man of sorrows acquainted with grief. Read the bible more often Meditate on it. use your concordance. Cry out to Jesus! He is with YOU always. I know he may seem far away but depression is not forever. the joy of the mm= morning will come.
