Me and mikey went to an outside gym today as i keep telling you all..And on the way back...We saw a place where you can get REALLY cheap stuff from... Lisa should know the place...Cannon raceways in coseley? Well...As i do..I bought some more makeyp and everything LOL...And they have had some new womens underware in there aswell... So there was me raking throught this underware to find my size and i got Mikey to help me So i got some underware and payed for them...And on the way out...We hear the most high pitched...Girly laugh ever....Well more like a sqork HAHA So we just carry on walking as normal and mikey yells something!!.......And pulls something from his bag... you never guess what was latched onto his bad tho....... A pair of womens undies....Hooked onto his bag by the coathanger!!! HAHA. he thought it was a dog trying to bite him >. His bag tried to theft the undies and the worse thing....He got me to take them back...and the people inside the shop said they knew they where on his bag but didnt tell him cause they thought it was funny!! I said to Mikey....Next time your bag decides to try and steal womens undies....make sure they are in my size and they arnt totally minging HAHA Omg it was such a laugh.....Im laughing now...tyiping this... Im gonna tease him about this for the rest of him life!!!

OMG!! Wear Sun Cream...Seriously My shoulders are on fire.....I could probably cook an egg on them right now. You all know how i went for a workout this morning at the park....Well..I didnt know the sun would be sooo hot.... I was out from about 11am this morning till 6pm this afternoon and Im burned sooo bad. I thought id only get a tiny tan but...I couldnt have been more wrong!! So like i said...The next time someone tells you that you should put sun cream on before going to.... Listen to them! Iv learned my lesson, Its time me me to pass it on!

At the end of the day,...that other dag had no reason to attack you both.... Dont feel bad that the other dog is being out to sleep because at the end of the day....He has bit and tasted blood and dogs tend to keep doing it if they taste blood. Silver Jubilee Park in coseley, Bilston. I know yeh...Its so rare that we see anything like that in our area....I was like..OMG!!! I just hope the kids dont vandalize it. Its suce a great thing because it gets people thinking about using it. And if its there then its a great motivation..because you dont have to pay for it or anything... The only problem is that you get kids coming over and you get all embarrased...But im going tomrrow..early in the morning when the kids are in school so i can do my full workout HAHA Its sure is...Im still getting over the shock Your so lucky....In my area...And Lisa will second this....If we get something good..Like this outside gym...Within weeks....Or should i say days...You get kids writing all over it and tearing it apart. Its wierd how there was noooo writing on there at all and they have cusioned seats...they will be burned in a couple of days im guesing =(. I hate vandels =(

This may not shock you more the it shocked me...but trust me... in Wolverhampton... you never see things like this..... Anyways ...... I took a long long walk today and went throught a park not far from my house..... I havent been throught the park before so there i was walking round the park and you never guess what i come across..... A GYM IN THE PARK!!... Yes a gym........I thouht id never see such thing. And the best part of it...was that non of the equipment was damaged or wrote on... I was soooo shocked!! I took a picture cause i know....in wolverhampton...its sooo rare to actually see things like this in a park that aint damaged..but i guess thats like other parts of the world... Kids are such vandals sometimes =( Im going back tomrrow to do some workouts on it.....Everyone wish for great weather for me haha...

im never in bed early....and if i do...im normally up till like 4-5 watching tv in bed haha...
