I agree with Yvette, she should clean up the wee! If the dog is scaring phoebe then you are doing the right thing hun. Your friend said the dog was trained and quiet, obviously she was telling porky pies! I wouldnt worry hun, once your friend has time to think about what her dog has done then im sure she will come back to you and apologise xxx

I was just sitting here eating my breakfast and there was a knock at my door, it was the postman with a parcel. Because I havent been well and my mind was everywhere I totally forgot about Yvettes wonderful gift for Molly that was on its way So when I saw her name on the box i couldnt snatch it away from the postman fast enough lol THE TEDDY IS AMAZING YVETTE!! Its cute, gorgeous, beautiful!!!!!!! Molly is going to LOVE it! But I wont be posting any pics yet, I want the first picture of the teddy to be with Molly (sorry everyone) but please believe me when I say its the cutest doll ever and its extra special because its unique and made by my wonderful friend. And thank you for the Haribo and the card! Im sure those sweets will go down very well indeed! Thank you so much Yvette

UPDATE: The managers saw it from Dan's point of view and he has kept his job! The manager who called Dan stupid wasnt even at the meeting. i think they are going to deal with him in their own way. Dan is being moved to a different part of the factory and he is getting help the managers apologised to him and told him it shouldnt have gone as far as it has done. but Dan also apologised for not telling them about his learning difficulties (even though it was for a good reason). So things worked out brilliantly

It feels weird being home even though ive only been gone for 2 days lol Im just glad i will be able to sleep through the night, I had to get up every 4 hours to have my blood pressure done which wasnt fun lol. But it was wonderful seeing all the newborn babies everywhere lol it is making me really excited about seeing Molly x

Hiya everyone Im back home now!! My blood pressure is more under control now so the doctors said I was fine to come home, but Ive got to go back to hospital every week to have it monitored. Also, I was told that I dont have pre-eclampsia after all, Ive got Gestational hypertension or pregnancy-induced hypertension, which could lead to pre-ecampsia, but Im on medication now to keep it down. Also I might get to see Molly earlier that I thought as they might decide to induce me two weeks time, but that depends on what the doctors say during my visit next week thanks for your lovely messages, you wont believe how bored I was lol xxxxx

oh well, ive got to go out soon for a midwife appointment anyway so hopefully when I get back it will be up and running

lol good point. I have a feeling it could be tomorrow when they do it, then normally do big changes on a Thursday lol

well, he went into work this morning and was dragged into the office and given two choices, if he went down into the factory and did something wrong he would be sacked or he could go home to "think about his future with the company". I couldnt believe it when Dan was knocking on the front door at 7am, he even walked all the way home The managers basically said that they dont believe he has Dyslexia or learning difficulties and they said that his best "wasnt good enough". They said he wouldnt get the sack if he came home (which i dont understand how that works) but he rang the main managers and the union representative when he came home and told them what had happened.....the main managers had no knowledge of why Dan was pulled into the office and the rules are that if anyone needs to be spoken to then they have to go through the main managers first, so they have broken the rules already! So Dan has to go to a meeting tomorrow which will involve himself, 2 managers, the nurse, his union rep and the manager that called him stupid. He will finally get a chance to put his case of bullying across. So its something to feel better about. I just hope they can help him.

I just feel so lost at the moment, i just dont know what to do. My husband has been having a bad time in work recently, he nearly lost his job because he has been off sick alot, but it wasnt his fault and he was given a final warning which means if he is off sick again in the next 12 months he will be sacked. Well, he has been going into work like normal but yesterday he hit rock bottom. He broke down crying while working. He suffers from a form of Dyslexia and has slight learning difficulties and he never told his job he had it. This was because whenever he has told people about it they have never given him the job (which is wrong) but it never effected him until he started working on this particular part of the line in the factory. Well, he just feels like he is letting everyone down and his manager even shouted at him yesterday and called him "stupid" just because he wasnt working as fast as what he wanted but Dan was trying his best and the manager even said he was lying about having Dyslexia and sent him to the nurse.
