im sorry but i have to be honest, that you need to put a bit more work on it bro. a few things: Spoiler: 1. if you want to do a paint job, disassemble the car. you will need the paint to run into every nook and cranny. for example, i still can see some blue on top of the windscreen and on the underside of the rear wing. 2. i am not a fan of paint on top of the stock paint. thats because the paint work is already pretty thick and HWs being in such a small scale, more paint will cause build up. 3. i can see you tried to scheme the colours, but blue and gold doesnt really work. next time before a custom, try to have a picture of what you custom will be like. take pencil and paper, and draw it out if you can. it doesnt have to look like a masterpiece, but as long as it gives you a rough idea. once there, work on the little things. just my 3 cents. keep trying! id like to see more works, and be ambitious.

This year Hot Wheels released the Nissan GT-R casting into the market under their New Models/Premiere line. This release is a few months after their Japanese rivals, Tomica made their releases in the form of 3 castings: Tomica Regular Tomica GT-R Racing Tomica Limited Not to be outdone, Maisto has even tied up with EA Games' NFS franchise to produce this casting: GT-R Police Usually after the successful premiere, real life cars get produced in a different line next year. Good examples are the Nissan Skyline, Corvette C6R, Honda Civic, Mercedes CLK-DTM. The GT-R will definitely be reproduced again, but my question is what would you like to see it be reproduced with? Here are some ideas I hope Mattel will consider: GT-R Street Version GT-R Japan GT (Race Track) Version GT-R Rally Version GT-R Need For Speed Version What is your favourite for the next GT-R release livery? Vote and discuss! If you vote for others, do feel free to post up other pictures of GT-R that you have seen and want Mattel to produce! :gathering:

It is done! This was the custom job that involved two castings, Tri & Stop Me and Custom Volkswagen Beetle. It is my first attempt at combining two castings into one. The colours are flat black and faded greenish yellow. Further details will be posted on my blog soon. Beetle? or... 3 wheeled dirt bike? Haha! You decide. You may ask, how does the driver get in or out of this vehicle? Spoiler: The answer: Hope you enjoyed this post, cheers!
