  1. guys... ive got a problem on getting the same colour as the car used in the movie.... i think they use a customize color.... huhu.... any idea on what color are similar to the original car??

  6. u know some car company are very strict with their copyright... as an example, ive once read an artcile which stated that in the Need for speed video game series , most car company didnt want their 3D cars to be damage.. thats why how hard u try to total the car it only just get a minor scratches... to be more complicated, the ferraris didnt want their cars to be mod.. thats why they are not in the NFS series.... so back to the topic, i think mattel did this because of the copyright issue la...
  7. i follow dano's idea......a pen knife and hammer..but sometimes will destroy the base... haha... thats why i told u to be xtra careful and dont knock so hard... hehehe
  8. almost the same price if not mistaken... paint remover cost around rm8-rm15... brake oil cost rm12 above..... but paint remover will torn down ur color faster... 10 min and u can start brush it out...
  9. yup.... some ppl use superglue but i prefer to use UHU because later u can take it out back....

  11. i think there is not other method.... use paint stripper saves u a lot of time compare using sandpaper... it also easy to get... normal hardware shops are selling them... but careful with the liquid its an acid...

  14. huhu... im also still learning la bro.. huhu.. but i think its quite hard to smooth that part since the front hood were casted together... if it was a different casting then just remove the hood add replace it with a new one using pla card...
  15. if in ipoh quite hard la to get the material... but i know one shop selling model card @ seri iskandar... near uitm campus... the shop name artistry... ask the owner en mior for it... but im not sure if his shop selling epoxy putty for modelling....

  18. haha.... well to avoid being just go into the shop and ask the shop asistant for a nail remover... so they will assume u dont know how it looks like and thinking that u buy it because someone maybe ur mom, sister, gf or else order it from u..... hehe
  19. i use model card... the one that use to built architectural model... but usually for modeling ppl use plastic card which u can get at tamiya underground 1 utama.... the PYE putty is the one use to fill the gaps...

  23. just applied a lil bit of the glue.... if u over press it of cause u'll mess it up... all my custom cars are glued using UHU glue.... by the way, tamiya putty cost rm25-30 if im not mistaken available at tamiya underground one utama or local hobby shops..... and bondite cost rm8-12 which is available at local hardware shop but not all... anyway there's another alternative is to use PYE puttyfilla which the one that i use... its about rm8 and easier to find compare to bondite...
  24. haha.... mystery samsung box have to withdraw la bro... not enough time.... hehe... not focusing on the cars first..... hehe... actually the idea of the samsung box is to replicate the han's garage in the tokyo drift... i've gather some pic of the garage and started about 5% of it... but i guess i will be not completed in time...
