yup.. that the best thing to do but in my case, i had miss all the opportunities now since i haven't file any claims.. i know this method kinda late.. urm, i had once got my item shipped to Brasil mistakenly, and luckily the seller help me to send them back to Malaysia.. but now, i had prepared for the worst.. i lost my items, that's ok but inside this missing packages, there are some of my friend's items.. arghhh... had to look up a replacement for him... nak buat cemana, xde rezeki la ni.. there goes my LA convention Hiway Hauler / DBus + Mail in DBus + some other..
