Wow! This thread has been pushed all the way to Page 2.
Oh well, I haven't posted anything for the past 4-5 weeks anyway...

I left early in the morning for a few interviews, hoping to secure some internship for the next 12-weeks. After that, changed to some casual clothes and went hunting at Bugis and Orchard Road.

My first 10-Pack. The Torino was hard to resist and I have been aiming for it anyway. 1/4-Mile Coupe has a poorly installed multi-exhausts; they take up the ground clearance and it can't roll...

The rear axle is too soft. There is a risk of the wheels getting stuck into the wheel wells so I can't play (roll) too much...

Low riders!

Recolours to complete the variations...

I collect pick-ups too...

the Speed Machines; the Veyron has a nicely installed grill. Thank goodness

NICE HAUL DUDE!! The Cadillac LMP white colour seem nice!!

it's the same purple/white you all have been seeing, just that the angle of shot makes you can't see the purple shade... geek

Yup, I'd take this over the El Camino any time!

Series 5 Boxed Set? wat do u mean?

There's a set that contains all the castings in the Classics Series 5.
Each comes with a unique Spectraflame colour and each has Real Riders.
The line-up can be found at Hot Wheels Wiki.
Very Happy

...as I'm currently attached to a 12-week vacation internship program, there will be no eBay purchases up until August.
In the meantime, I'll just try to find some missing cards/variations from the 2009 mainline as the latest mix of 2010 cards do not usually arrive until a few weeks or even months after they have hit the Malaysian market... but it can be unpredictable at times... e.i. Bread Box and Thunderbolt showing up together, which did not happen in Malaysia right as the Bread Box arrived way earlier than that...

Anyway, there's Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and even Johnny Lightning to savor for this week...

This took like ages for me to find and the funny thing is I found the yellow one just last week...

Same story for this Lotus and I love those massive FTE wheels.

If there's one Hot Rod that would make me take a second look, it will only be the Ford Vicky.

Found the green one last week but passed over it which I am regretting now...

Very accurate casting!

Bought it simply because it's a Porsche...

My first ever Johnny Lightning and so far I've only managed to find them at a local toy store franchise called Action Toyz
This one cost me $12.00!
Oh yeah, that round thing is a coaster...

I think it's as good as any Ford Panels Hot Wheels has introduced throughout the years...

Great detailing front and rear.

Very weighty and it's got rubber shoes...

I sure hope to see all of these coming!

Okay, I'm so not into Bone Shaker but I thought maybe I could show something here...

Found 2 ancient Pirates 5-Packs at Kiddy Palace @ Tampines Mall, the same place where I scored the above Hot Wheels.
Lots of orange Murcielagos and 2 FTE Lancer Evolutions where there too; what a sight.
If you need to ask, I did not buy the 5-Pack...

Last acquisitions of the month as my Hot Wheels expenditure reaches its quota... silent

These are from Toys 'R' Us @ ViVoCity.
Got a call from Enyo informing me on Thursday that the TRU there has (FINALLY) brought in new cases for both the 2010 mainline and Speed Machines.

And so... I went on Friday after work to check things out and buy the Toy Story 3 movie tickets in advance. tongue

Speed Machines

There were also...
Ferrari California - blue
Audi TTS - blue
Scirocco GT 24 - yellow
Jaguar XJ220 - white
Lamborghini Reventon - lime green
Ford Shelby GR-1 Concept - blue
Porsche Cayman S - black

I chose those 2 simply because I wanted those 2 the most (capped by budget)

2010 Mainline

No signs of the AMC Javelin AMX, I'm quite sure Enyo swept all of them Suspect

Anyway, bought this from eBay Singapore via local pick-up

I've monitored this for months... I love you
