Hey Y'al1 from Tennessee, USA. Been riding dirt and street from 1970. Stopped for a while then last year I decided to get a few more miles under my seat. Bought a 1980 Yamaha XS1100 and am adding a few mods as upgrades and to personalize the bike. I live within 50 miles of the Great Smokie Mountains which has some of the finest twisty curvy roads you would ever want to ride. I am a member of the xs1100.com web site which is full of technical information and the nicest people you'd want to meet. Drop in and check it out. Always looking for more info about this bike, accessories, spare parts, improvements and etc. Hope to meet you all over time.

By the way, met Mick Andrews (from Derbyshire) World Trials Champion and Scottish 6 Days Trial Champion when he came to the US and put on a number of Trial Schools in the early '70s I attended one of his schools and maintained communications with him and his wife Jill for a number of years. He still comes over here occassionally to put on schools. (Can't believe it, he's around 70 and still outrides most riders)

Hi and welcome to the forum, I once went to Mick Andrew's shop near Buxton many many years ago to test ride one of his Yamaha TY200 Majesty's and he let me have a go on the 320,scared the s**t out of me,mind you i was only about 15 at the time.
