Frannie, I have sleep envy now! (not been good for a couple or three weeks) Tammy drop me an in game note for any gifts or TWS we can maybe help with. Yes, we had one day when it was mild and sunny (Thursday) but right downhill after that *sigh* So funny to hear about your morning routine Frannie, as we're having G&Ts here! (and laughing at our solar lights struggling to come on in the garden - without the aid of daytime sun to charge them up)

Catching up! Sorry about the head Dawn, I had a migraine yesterday - it was really unpleasant, I dosed up on pills and walloped loads of lavender gel over my forehead, temples and wrists, I find that nice and soothing. Tammy, we miss you My feet are ok now thanks, just when I'm walking, my boots are pristine, but the soles not good - they're ankle boots and really nice under jeans, but not really worth the cost of resoling them. Just got off the phone to our YD - she's in bed with a chest infection and sounds really poorly. Asked if we could go and fetch her and bring her back here to be looked after, but she said no, she'll be ok and besides she doesn't want to spread it around.

Sorry I disappeared, my router's having one of its regular tantrums :negative: We get grey squirrels and yes, they're naughty too. It's impossible for us to keep a neat garden, with the forces against us! lol. We're having cocktail hour here, a wind down for the weekend before cooking later - C&G tradition is a 'virtual bar' (no detriment to your health or diet hah) - can I get you anything?

I know - I think they're trying to make us click more and more and more! Our garden's a bit wild, and we've lost the majority of our shrubs with the exceptionally harsh winter we've had. The soil here is really heavy clay - which means it's either water logged and really heavy to work, or, rock hard and impossible to work at all When I get creative and plant up containers - which I do like to do, they inevitably get ravaged by the wild rabbits, who treat it all as a kind of fast food hop-through!

LOL, I think I've been the same - I've had two nights of decent sleep in the last two or three weeks, and I usually love my sleep. I was hoping to do some serious gardening this weekend, but it's not tempting me outdoors at all. To be honest, with all these changes in PS and so many houses just awash with starving petlings, I've kind of being losing patience with the game, it's seeming more like hardwork than a pleasure to play - do you know what I mean? I think I enjoy the competitions on here more than all the visiting etc.

More than £29m has been raised for global causes by celebrities and the public taking part in the BBC's Sport Relief charity event. The telethon, from 1900 GMT on Friday to after 0100 on Saturday, featured special editions of Masterchef, Ashes to Ashes and Mock the Week. Gavin and Stacey's James Corden filmed skits with David Beckham and others. Earlier fundraising efforts included presenter Christine Bleakley water-skiing across the English Channel. Celebrities including David Walliams and Davina McCall cycled from John O'Groats to Lands End. In September, comedian Eddie Izzard completed his endurance feat of 43 marathons in 51 days for the charity. "It was healthy, it was an adventure and it raised money for people in the UK as well as in the poorest countries in the world," he told the BBC... Great news, in difficult times!
