I am a big believer in keeping a modern chain clean and using dry lube "as modern chains have "o" "x" rings which holds the lubrication in the rollers, the only friction you have to stop is that between the rollers and the sprockets , and i think "dry lube" does that well with out using messy lube or oil that attracts grit and turns it in to a grinding paste " -

yeah cheers. ive got £150 saved for insurance im guna have to chuck at them. when one of them works fuin tiny bend but iuts like not evenm a mm, doesnt rub and works fine. its the other ones 3-4mm so could i get away with just 1 ??would have thought you change them as a Pair, but some of the other member will advise you better

Just got back from a weekend in harrowgate , Nice Hotel, nice meal and a relaxing time at the royal spar , Passed loads of bikes on the way back ,great day to be out but i need to get stuff ready for work , so if your out and about have fun and ride safe and biking weather is just round the corner
