Hard to say what's the best thing to do really, certainly the word is that rates will rise this year but as said not by too much as it will really shaft any chance of a recovery, however slow it might be, guess it depends on what sort of rate you get it fixed at, tough decision -

Well done Dave, looks a great place, they also do B & B so I thought I'd book that for the Friday........they're fully booked as they have some events happening then ! It's obviously a popular place so anyone that's going to be camping I suggest you book it as soon as possible in case it gets full -
