As has been said. I'm pretty sure he can't just get rid like that, you really should look into this further, doesn't sound like a good place to work but you may be able to get compensation, worth a try - hope he gets sorted soon -

Rose that's excellent - I had the same feelings when first my Daughter then my Son both passed their DAS's - that's her CBR600 and his Ninja alongside my (ex) Bandit 1200 in my avatar - it's great when we go out together -

Whilst I admire the skills of people that can do those sort of things on a bike, I think it is so stupid to be doing it on public roads, should only ever be done on private roads / tracks etc -
