  6. Get a spud make a BMW stamp, stamp the book and do it yer self.
  7. Yes we would get a self tapping screw in a chunk of would and regroove some tread down the center line with the bike in gear on the center stand. the Black marker pen sounds safer

  9. Many years ago 1977 My brother On GT750 kettle had a punture on the way back from Matlock Bath (front tire) we stopped at the side of the road. (I was on 400F never ever let me down in 65,000 mile untill I crashed out big time. ) Without removing the wheel removed the tire From the rim one side only packed it with grass from the verge so the tyre was solid and eased the tire back on the rim and rode it the 20 odd mile home! Not recomeneded repair these days they cut the verge grass to short

  11. I just pedal a million miles a week, since me dog snuffed it I was sat about the house eating hot meat pies and not doing any walking .

I think I am ok looking at this as my bikes have stood still since bfore 98 The exceptions are: if you have made a SORN for the vehicle if your vehicle has been kept off-road since before SORN came into force on 31 January 1998 – unless it was brought back into use if your vehicle is recorded as stolen, passed or sold to the motor trade or between registered keepers if your vehicle is recorded scrapped or permanently exported by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing (DVLA)
