spiders facinate me i was looking at some tarantulas in pet shop yesterday,our lass would kick me out if i took one home though.when i was a kid we had a chow it loved people but hated any other creature ,she killed our tortoise,2 budgies,2hamsters and she often caught and killed birds in the back yard.

your local car paint supplier/ motor factor will sell you a caramel wheel, which is a rubber disc you put into a cordless drill. we use them all the time at work for taking of decals and glue residue left after you remove body mouldings. be carefull not to go to fast or put too much pressure on it or you could heat up and bubble or pull of the paint.

Glad you feeling better stu . iwas with someone who was crushed between two heavy plant machines took a while for me to put it to the back of my mind, i found the best thing for me to do was concentrate on work, but i reckon riding the bike with all the concentration involved is a good thing also all the best mate.

Update , ok been working on making the panels to fill the gap between the tank and frame but also to incorperate the ram air ducting.This will be a three stage procedure 1 make panel/pattern for mould 2 from this make a mould with fibreglass 3 using the mould make the panels out of fibreglass. started by using origonal filler panel ,cutting it down so i basically just had the mounting points and the shape where it meets the tank. then i bonded on some pieces of block styrene and cut and sanded this to roughly the shape i want i used a paint pot lid to get the right size hole in end then i glassed over this to stiffen it all up then used body filler to get the shape perfect. one side pattern done and on bike one still to finish. be glad when this part is all done, fibreglass bloody horrible stuff to work with.
