  1. Hoping to get back up there this year, but I'll follow Marks advice
  2. Managed to get one or two out then
  3. Nice mix there. Think I still prefer the 1400
  4. Got Michelins on mine but not ridden it yet!?!!! So don't know what they're like
  5. Bit far for me mate. May look at it later in the year
  6. No problem mate. Must admit, looking forward to this Give me a chance to try out the panniers
  7. Have a word with ian he did bits on mine and does a stunning job. May well do that. I'll catch him at the meet in July and chat round. Won't be getting it done before that
  8. Looks good mate That swing arm looks a bit tarnished though
  9. Had a brief look Dick and I think it depends on whether you're coming across the A66, which takes you straight to Scotch Corner, or coming further south and across the A65 (or such) which takes you almost to Wetherby. Let us know which one mate and we'll meet you
  10. No problem with me. Obvious place to meet would be either Scotch Corner or Wetherby Services? Anyone got any other ideas?
  11. Which one gives the best mileage combined with good food
  12. Not the best way to be in a good position. Seems strange to say good to see you in that position, but sure you'll understand what I mean
  13. Me as well. Could have a convoy coming down from the distant and freezing north
  14. Hands up who'd want to tell Stue his bike had failed an MOT?
  15. Thanks Should get me through the season. Debating getting it all re-painted next year. All the same colour, effectively a "re-fresh". Will see what happens.
  16. Got it painted up, but couldn't get a green to match. Settled on a blue/ purple to match the base of the fairing. Youngest son painted it, not a bad job: Can see it a little more in context with the rest of the bike here. And my new heel plates as well (they've still got the covers on hence the small sticky pads): Once everything is done, will post a few better shots. Thanks once again for the generosity
  17. Congrats Dave and all who attended, and respect for taking the bike out today
