  1. 4 people in the carriage of a train - an Englishman, a pretty young blonde girl, an ugly old woman and a Frenchman. It all goes dark when the train goes through a tunnel. In the dark there's the sound of an almighty slap, and when the train emerges from the tunnel the Frenchman is rubbing his face, and there's a huge red mark on his cheek. The old lady thinks "I bet that Frenchman fondled the blonde in the dark and she slapped him" The pretty young blonde thinks " I bet the Frenchman tried to fondle me in the dark, got the old lady by mistake, and she hit him" The Frenchman thinks "I bet that Englishman fondled the blonde in the dark, but the blonde thought it was me and hit me" The Englishman thinks "I hope there's another tunnel coming up soon so I can slap that French t**t again"
  2. Come on, you must have some rust attached to a bolt somewhere? OUCH!!! We have, but it's in the toolbox!? And I'm nothing more about Suzukis after that
  3. One of those things Dick. Meant to put them on earlier in the week, but time got away from me!? Hopefully get one in for September
  4. My Dads Bandit has now gone, replaced by this one: Given it's a lot lighter than the Bandit, my Dad is enjoying the ease of movement and better cornering
  5. It has gone to a new home. So the garage now has one Honda, one Yamaha and one Kawasaki. Suzuki no longer represented Mind you, at one point there were three as we were all on Bandits
  6. It's a fairly limited number available for this one, but debating on a run down to Squires on Sunday? It will be weather dependent (just in case Marks reading this ). If it rains, then it's a no go. Anyone fancy it? Probably aim to set off about 09:30.
  7. I think the axe and lack of much else should put them off Failing that should settle it!
  8. Best wishes and luck for a quick and full recovery. If you need someone to keep the bike warmed through, just let me know
  9. Given the weather had a quick blast out. Few quick shots: Too late to put any of them in "August" pics Hopefully get one into next month
  10. Some good shots again. For me, goferit this month
  11. Does this mean you're going to ride it a bit more than you intended to
  12. welcome mate. Come on board, take a look around and see what you think. I'm sure you'll stay
  13. Not a good sign that, especially the treatment of suppliers and customers Needs a change-around
  14. Erm, yeah they knew that too. And what pizzas I was going to order.... Then I'm afraid it's a bad sign. And when can we all come round?
  15. I know they say keep it in the family, but ........
  16. Looks like both Mike and Ian think your original route will be okay mate so I would just stick with that one. Will hopefully catch up with you when you're over there
  17. The link to the B-King Forum opens, but you need to log in to see the thread. It's a purely personal thing with the mod mate. I know it's cliche, but all the "stock" parts on a bike are a certain shape, size and layout for a reason. They all relate to how the bike is set-up to run. I know we all want a better sound from our bikes, me as much as everyone else, but that's what the "after-market" parts are for, and why few people on the forum have "stock" cans on their bikes. If you do ever sell the B-King, unlikely I know, and the guy wants a standard sound, then it won't go because of what you've done. Personally it sounds fine as is. I know you won't rush in mate and in the end it's your bike, so up to you whether you do it. But for me, I'd leave as is.
