just a warning dick, bennets are rude! and hassle! they are the reason i might be having my insurance canceled with hastings as bennets wont send them my no claims, and causing trouble. i try to talk to a bloke and he was refusing to help and just put the phone down on me! if in 2 days i dont have my proof of no claims in the post (10 days on) i am taking it to the onbusman and telling them exactly why i think they are seriouslt not the uks no.1 bike insurer -

Im sure if you ring hastings they will give you a little longer to show proof of them nope

im sure youll put it to good needs. youll never replace them, but its very nice of them to think of you -
bennetts are now saying i have them, and have posted them 7-10 days but they wont verbally confim to hastings. but hastings want proof in 7 days of today, however 2 weeks after i have to pay a higher premium or proove them so if they come ill forward it to them.

i rang them when i got knocked off incase the bloke rang but said im not claiming then rang a week later said all sorted and they said was all fine. tried to get renual and they had lost all my no claims, after 4 calls finally some woman said that they have got them back for me. but their price was 400 hastings direct was 320, so went with hasting and now suddenly my no claims have vanished again!! and the lad what answered, said i have to wait 48 hours but i said its too long as i never had a claim! if its not sorted asap id have to call the onbusman! and he put the phone down on me! how rude! if i knew his name id complain!

looks like im going to have my bike insurance calceled! bennets took my no claims and after 4 calls having ago they said they revoked them. saying i had an ongoing claim which i never did! now ive got a new policy with hastings direct but bennets wont give them my no claims, so they have said 7 days until they cancel my policy so that £320 down the drain
