Great job DS! My mom is doing WW now too! I was "Stuck" at my pre-baby weight for a year and then I lost 5 lbs -just by being on a dairy free diet no cheese/cocoa /pizza/ ice cream. I do 20 minutes on the treadmill a few times a week listening to goofy old music-"I wanna be rich" by Calloway on youtube Lionel Ritchie "I call it love" and even Britney Spears "Lucky"I love the videos!- I pray for her and her sons! I heard a Lisa Bevere say she asked God for her best weight and He told her.I will do it !

Dear Rachel, You are created in the image of God. Don't let the extra weight change how you see yourself. If you are not happy about how you look ask God for a plan! I took a free class in nutrition at a local church 2 years ago and it gave me a lot of good information. I have had my ups and downs with weight many women have. I finally found a plan that works for me and I try to walk/exercise to music for 20 minutes a day. May God bless you!

My internet wasnt working and I wasnt able to submit my classwork. I got in bed then I felt God say get up and command any spirits to leave and check all the plugs again. I commanded any spirits to leave in the name of Jesus and go to where Jesus would send them. then I checked all plugs and pushed in a plug. And Internet works!!!!!! It sounds funny but it happened!

I decided to do this on a larger scale and gave all the money I had to help my spouse with some work related debts And he blessed me by taking care of a big vehicle repair I was worried about and at the laundrymat an unknown woman paid for my drying and held my child while I was moving laundry. An online store sent me double my order didnt charge me and and told me to keep it or give it to charity. My husband got a free oil change

Hi Cholette I have to figure out how to get the time to do my college work -other than the middle of the night- my new plan is early to bed early to rise and I can do it at 6 am. I am getting on my treadmill for 20 minutes a day starting today. . I am putting Mandisa on youtube and hee I gooooooo!

Thank you guysI was praying about a situation and a scripture jumped off the page to me today and it was Dont worry about tomorrow. OK Lord! I will be careful I dont receive that it sounded so negative. BTW I had an ocular migraine and went to the hospital yesterday. I saw mathematical symbols in my vision! I need to drink more water, less coffee, sleep more, stress less! GOD BLESS YOU!

tummy trouble today and anxiety there are a lot of things I am upset about and feel stress about I need a good nights sleep

Well baby's skin looks so much better so I guess that means it was from the dairy likely! That means we will be staying with the diet. My flesh is screaming for ice cream/cocoa/mac and cheese/ And I threw out some pants am losing weight! but the eczema I had (in my ears!)is gone now!
