I'm gonna go ahead and bump this, too many are getting artisan, it was made as a rank for the most loyal to the server that aren't fit for adept/the BEST builders. It has been said, it's a building rank, indeed, BUT, they're still getting moderating capabilities. If they want to actively moderate, imo they should: A) Be mature B) Speak decent English C) Totally get taught how to react when someone breaks a rule D) NOT whine over every little piece of criticism E) BE TRUSTED!!!! <-- very important :3 F) Be treated as old adept promotions, two expert's yes votes -> artisan ~Kevin
