I have had two fun weekends with Kijo.. She and i had a great visit. The sweetheart came down the first time to bring me a mother's day present ... I am still doing the training stuff at work. we are partially through. we should be done aroung the beginning of July. It will be a relief to get on my normal schedule. Finals .... sounds tough ... I am so glad that is all behind me ...

I honestly do not know ... I live in the country. We have 6.5 acres, and the cats have woods on both sides ot our property to roam in. I don't think that they go into the neighbors yards. We have a neighbor who admits to killing armadillos and possums ... He might shoot at cats .. We also have gotten some new neighbors that I don't know very well ... It really makes me mad ... If they have a problem, come and see me before you start just shooting ...

It was a working day... He is doing so much better than I expected. When I first took him to the vet, I really expected them to amputate .. There is still that chance, but to me it looks better all the time. He is stretching his leg, and flexing his claw on his injured foot ..

I would love to come .... Let me know when and where!! This is Kijo and I at my house ... We had a wonderful time ... I will happily bring everyone a Disney souvenier.. I am also good at desserts ... ( Ask Kijo about the chocolate cake ... ) If we decided to have a US meeting, everyone is welcome at my house ... I have a great location, but no beach ... It is only about a 40 minute drive though ... Keep your fingers crossed, but we are working to get to see Sophie when she comes to the US in July ...

Hi all !! Sorry that I have been so absent lately, but things have been unusual here lately.. I had a wonderful visit with Kijo, two weekends in a row .. the first weekend was only for a day, and the second she got to spend two nights! We had a great time! Here we are in my front yard ..... Ken has had a couple of relatives die in the last few weeks. Unfortunately, they were out of town for us and we did not get to go to the funeral. It still involved extra phone calls to MIL, and florists and stuff ... The day that Kijo was leaving, she discovered that one of my cats was hurt. I had to go into town, and left her here to sleep in. She called me and we coordinated getting him to the vet. Turns out, he had been shot. He is fine so far. He had surgery yesterday, and they put pins in his leg. Right now he is in the bathroom, wearing a plastic collar, resting comfortably. He goes back on Tuesday for a recheck, and in three weeks for x-rays. Hopefully, he will be able to keep the leg. It is looking good right now, but I don't want to get to excited yet.. Whew ... that was a lot .... Love you all !!!

I have some that are not growing too .... don't know what to do .. The ones that I bought to start with grew just fine, and I decided that I wanted to try to get the others and bought more. These just sit there ... very frustrating!!! I am trying putting it in my chest overnight and then taking it out. we will see if that helps it grow. My OH has a pet and I was going to try to send it between pets to see if it would work in the other house, and it said that this item was not giftable ..... I am at a loss .....
