I have seen electric fly swaters in the shape of a mini tennis racket. My dad had one...and it was classic... poor lil Phoede afraid of those nasty gross flying bugs...tell her i don't and i bet most people don't like them...at least they cant sting you...now those ones I bolt away from....argh....bee's...just thinking of them gets me nauseous. glad her leg is still attached

they do have some help lines and web sites to help with quitting, but i haven't checked them out just yet...it is on my to do list this week. My one downfall, is that a really good friend of mine is a chain smoker, and on my days off, i go to her house after i drop the kids off of school and have coffee and cigs with her...and we vent about husbands, kids and life...i am going to have stay away from her, and i am really bummed about that part...but i have to stay strong, and if she is a true friend, then she will understand why i have to stay away

I absolutely will try the sugar free lolly pops, brushing my teeth more and eating oranges... needless to say, i may have to buy thousands of them lollypops, seeing that my kids will want one everytime i have one...lol... and the money in the jar...what a great idea....thanks so much lea for the tips... so, it has been 5 days since she quit?? I am so happy for her. The first few days are the hardest...and sometime it takes something like a resp infection to help us decide when is the right time. Have you talked to your mom about getting her nicotine gum? since it has been 5 days already, and if she is feeling better respiratory wise, she still will have the craving. so, i was thinking that if you got her a little bit for her to try, at least you did something to help her, even if it doesn't work. You will feel better about yourself that you are tyring to help your mom. I hope she continues her success. I am quitting in a week, and I am actually excited for it. My prayers and thoughts are sent to you both.... keep smiling...and I am very very happy to hear that she is laughing...that is a GREAT sign

I've been smoking for some time now, and me and some colleagues are going to quit together come June 1st. I have a plan in mind, but just thought I would ask my fellow psfc pals if they have any advise or recommendations of how to survive through this ...thanks for reading and your thoughts

what sort of help do you need esperia? I am willing to assist you. These clips of Eclipse are awesome...i just finished reading Eclipse, AGAIN, for the 5th or 8th time...I've lost count. I so cannot wait for this one.... Thanks for the treat paige.... I am going to have to watch them over and over again.... I already know I am not working on the day it comes out...so, i just might have to do a double feature on the day it comes out and a possible encore the next day...just to make sure i don't miss a beat....hahahaha...get it....hahaha... a beat....
