Again you were wrong bec. the so-called low entry products are the most popular worldwide and largest contributor to its profit so if the company couldn't care much about their quality, it's bound to be a disaster. Mattel did well bec. they care much about quality, .. of all their products! If you could't be sensitive enough and unwilling to learn, do not post anything here again and I will not respond. I won't read any of your posts.

Classic Mini Cooper This model is my favourite and I am sure many of you like it also. It is disappointed to see this year's version having a plastic body. I think Mattel's intention was to cut cost. How much cost was reduced? 10%, 50%, ..? Plastic is always plastic, it is inferior to metal. I tend to buy less or not at all for a plastic body car.

For the same car, how did Mattel decide whether to produce a different version or many different versions with different colours? Wonder this is getting more and more popular compared to the past? To certain extent, I think they were successful to increase their sales by this way. I welcome the idea as a consumer but only for those cars I like. If I do not like the car, even there were 10 different versions yet I would not buy. I suggest it would be better if Mattel produced different versions with different tampos rather than just colours alone for greater impact.

This year's one is quite similar to that of its FE (2001) but nicer. I grabbed one yesterday and the first one. I like the colours, tampo, surf boards, and the exposed engine at the back. The interior is not empty and surprised to find two rows of seats but I could not see clearly the steering wheel and dashboard. Windows are tinted dark to match the black interior. Wonder any real bus close to this bus. Appreciate your feedback if you have any info. Definitely it looks realistic. They are in the market now, grab them before they are gone.

Maisto seems to have more products in our market now. Even for its Fresh Metal, they have new colours and new cars. I hope that more cars have the interiors, not just black windows. Recently, I found a red Ford '34 hot rod with "Spiderman" printed on the sides. Guess this's rare. There is also a maroon version.

Found a loose Datsun 260Z made in France with metal base like the one below. If not msitaken, they were produced in the period 1976 - 1989. The car is in good condition except with the paint peeled off here and there. The doors can be opened and the car has great details. This is the first car of this scale I saw with a radio antenna. Decided to keep it in its present condition.
