I had an XS750 a few years ago,if you had it cranked over on a left-hander and you gave it a handfull of throttle, the torque reaction of the shaft-drive made it sit upright! I bet the lad on the RD350 behind me wondered WTF I was doing! He kept well back after that! Be warned !! -

Doesn't look that old to me, seems like only yesterday. The ex-missus had one. Ohh Farouk!! that was thirty years ago!! I must admit I'd be inclined to do the resto first, then use what's left over to do the cafe racer. Good luck Gaz. Oh and make sure you clean out the centrifugal oil filter, the one on the ex's was full of swarf! -
