First day in the gym tomorrow Bit of a life style change really packed the cigs in again hopefully this time it will be for good and the gym will help me with this Hope me arms just dont get longer trying to lift them weights anyway 3 days a week in the gym 2 days a week cycling to work and just spent a whole load of money on healthy food -

I just use wd40 not that I ride all year round but makes it easy to keep the engine clean -
nice tank I use to keep piranhas years ago dont have the time these days -

Dont think winter has set in yet really,apart from the floods and winds reckon were in for a late winter again be safe all -

personally I dont disagree with helping others But lets face fact sort our bloody own affairs out first we have ex service men living on the streets that need help people trying to make ends meet that need help,our own children in this country that need help the list is endless as for donating to other countries dont give them money give them aid thats bought with the donations simple and stop the charities using these adverts we all should be free to choose when and which charities we want to give to not be hounded by adverts and people knocking on our doors -
