As above realy To fix your mortgage rate or take a chance that Intrest rates will stay @ 0.5 %. Well I don't have a crystal ball and don't pretend to be an expert, but I can only see one outcome so I've chickened out today and fixed my mortgage rate. Rather pay a few quid more per month than get caught out in 6 months time -
