Good luck with your decision but i would seriously sit down and write out the pro's and cons of the job money stress and time you would have to commit to the job -
We go to Mabbie every year and last year i decided to go on a ride out with some scottish friends of mine and they took me to the beef tub really enjoyed myself hopefully will do it again when i go in april/may
