WEll done stick at it, thats an excellent book Lee. My wife bought it an we quit the end of november last year neither of us smoke now and the book really helped break the slavery -

there is a lining in the cloud Rich if you carry on riding without any earplugs your hearing will get destroyed then the noise wont bother you, I find on the bandit just moving slightly in the saddle helps to reduce the turbulence that causes the noise and the use off expanding earplugs makes it comfortable to ride long distances without developing tinnitus -
Charcoal for me every time charcoal on litre of lighter fluid on out with the blow lamp then sit back and chillax with an 8 pack while the charcoal gets ready to cook I cook better when pissed ( I dont burn it ) -
take up Alans offer Dave what you need is steady confidence building rides it'll take a while so slow down widen your feild of vision look as far down the road as you can ( has the effect off making everything seem to happen slower ) and enjoy your Bike -
