They are a budget tyre in every sense, weve fitted loads of Mitas in the agri and industrial side of fitting but havent had any sales on car/van/bike etc etc, on the other hand what with the amount of miles you do on her in a year it might be worth a chance taking espcially at that price -

£196 does that include tubes aswell as i dont sell any tyres of this size i wouldnt know if its a good price or not, saves the hassle have fitting em yourself i suppose. As to the other prices you put £64= and £65+ vat not sure what you meant by the £64= bit oh i get ya now lol not a bad price like i said id fit em for ya for nothing but you do live 120mile away -

Good luck in your search, my mate took all his mod bits of his 12 and should have took more of them of especially when most mk1b6 fit the mk12 but sometimes like myself just wanted rid and let her go with all her likkle mods id done is she on ebay -
