Maybe the scooter was in the wrong for being in the middle of the "two lanes", but the guy in the car still shouldn't have tried to pass him on the outside. I think the car drivers reaction would have been a bit different if it had been me, Stue, Dave or Jezza on the scooter Car driver's still a t**t, and the Police should have said something to him. Then they wonder why we get defensive on the road????? -

Sounds harsh, but it's China not "the western world". When China sets a law and it is then broken, they enforce the punishment. There's no-one to cry "human rights" because in China you don't have any -

For any in the locale, lad at work is proposing a Ride Out on 9th April (Easter Monday I believe?). Anyone interested? It will be starting at our Swalwell Depot and probably Northumberland/ Cumbria/ Borders. Exact route TBC.
