    Not good mate. As has been said, best to just let them go, but easier said than done. Seems to be when you're on your own on a bike that you find them. When the young 'un had his 600 there was a guy in an Octavia tailgating him on the road so I just pulled in next to young 'un and slowed a little, the guy seemed to back off very quickly after that. It's the metal cage syndrome, "invincible". Keep at it mate and I'm sure you'll be fine

    Good news mate. Sounds like they have agreed it's all their fault and are willing to pay for the damage. Regards your time, make sure the rate is fair and reasonable and in line with other similar charges for that type of work. They can't argue over it then

    Bit strong that, especially on a new bike . Might be worth getting quotes for the work and taking them to the shop and getting the Manager to sign and accept it. Just in case they get a bit awkward over paying for the repairs they should have done
