It'll be fine I'm sure. Has anyone actually had a bike fail an MOT? I only know of one mate whose VFR once failed on a raft of questionable stuff, but then he did take it to a place in town. -
I always scan my renewals as most inscos will accept that as proof of NCB, plus it avoids crappy companies giving you the run around when you go elsewhere. If they revoked your NCB mid-term they should have wrote to you - and it would have put your policy up at that point as well, so keep at 'em Chad, they will more than likely cave -

You could always to the Bikeshop at Long Eaton, then head up to J&S at Kimberley. Pop over the road for some IKEA hot dogs as well
