Original post in this thread seems quite normal. He's bought a writen-off bike that still go's OK but cant be re-registered for the road (but is great for a race track) and now he wants a trackday bike he CAN register on the road. I know several folk here and in the UK using insurance write-of's as race bikes.

I know a woman who was quite sure that her husband was having an affair with a family friend. She'd checked his phone a couple of times and call history and text's were always deleted. One day she got his phone and swapped her number with the other womans number. Just after she left for work she got some very interesting text messages!

Managed to fit the reg/rec into the new tail and squeeze the brake master in too, not 100% happy so they might both get relocated. Hit it with a blue rattle-can untill I make my mind up about paint, no rush. Had a play. Still go's like a stripped down Busa should. Not beautiful, but very entertaining.

Taking a test ride Sunday....

Mate Chris had two B-Kings before his Aprilia's. (He was "Megatron" on the B-King forum) He loves them, has the Tuono V2 and RSV4 and another (maybe a 750?) Im not convinced. Last time I saw him at the dealers he was collecting his almost new bike after it had had a new engine due to the last one going off like a grenade ! Each to their own. -

I can remember all their cam chain issues ! Local lads have had their BMW S1000RR's recalled for new big end bolts! B-Kings had new regulators/rectifiers and some got checked for loose clutch bolts. Remember the 1st of the Busa's with their alloy subframes that soon got changed to steel but Suzuki denied there was a problem?

Nut was done up tight, Spindle moved forward, adjuster bolt that pushes it out bent. Dealer blamed me. I blamed dealer. Within 6 months I knew to another, and a magazine had it happen on a road test. I was told by someone in the trade that it was a design fault and certain bikes were getting parts exchanged. (although i've never seen it documented) I just thought it funny a demo bike didnt make it to the end of a demo ride...
