oh! they are really comfy now! my feet never ever ache after work anymore. this is the first time in a very long time that i come home from work without aching or burning feet! i really like them. i think they are worth the extra cost. what do you do at the gym?

*yawn* hi everyone! i'm still in bed ha ha! finally a day off from work! it's about 10:15am and i was going to go for a walk this morning, but somehow this laptop ended up in front of me and as always, i'm still here!!! LOL @falcor - are you still awake? is that was big stars do? stay up at night and sleep in the daytime? you are a superstar!!!! that's really exciting to hear that sinenomine is going to see you. it would be great to see you in the play!! @lazar - how exciting sweetie! graduation is such a monumental moment! huge congrats and hugzzz!!!!! @lea - i mentioned this at the twilight club, but i'm going to say it again here. it's really hard to look at your posts cuz Rob is eyeing me down. don't get me wrong, it's not a bad thing. it's most distracting. he looks....well..ummm....hungry!!!

that would be amazing! to meet some psfc people in real life! one time i thought i saw glow at my church. there is a singer there that looks just like her. i always tell her that i saw her twin at church!! ba ha haha. i think if i did see someone in real life, i would want to ask them but would probably chicken out...unless i was 100% sure!! or...75-90% sure! hee hee

ahhh hunny. those things can be extremely scary! has your grandfather been to the doctors yet? if he has, that's great. there is something called TIAs (Transient Ischemic Stroke) that's just a big word for "mini strokes". it's not an actual BIG stroke like what you are thinking but they can be considered a strong warning that he may have a big stroke in the future. i realize that this can be scary...like you are waiting for a disaster to occur, but the good news is is that your grandfather can take steps to prevent it!! yes! he can take medication, eat a better-healthier diet, and most importantly exercise. with these lifestyle changes and seeing his doctor regularly, it can prevent him from having a stroke in the future. i hope that he has seen a doctor or will see one soon. if you have any further questions, please ask and i'll try to explain it to you as simple as possible. xoxo nurse smorkle
