Hard to find one with a good tampo is a fact. I saw one car with hair in the blister. Guess they should include something more meaningful as a bonus, definitely not hair!

Did you notice a casting flaw on the black Datsun Bluebird? I noticed it happened to all the cars I came across, including the one I am keeping. Below are pictures showing the flaw from hotwheels.wikia.com: Normal With flaw (an extra line)

It has a metal base and the car is quite long.

What is interesting about the 2009 issue is the old and distinctive Hot Wheels logo on the bonnet to remind us about the history, those old HW cars bearing the original logo, things changed over time, .... Some HW cars have tampos with silvery outlines against white background. The purple colour 2009 Custom VW Beetle is one example. If you look at 90 degrees to the tampo, you only see very faint outlines for the flames. To get the best/clearest look at the tampo you have to look at it at a small angle (about 20 deg.). If you have not noticed this, try see it for yourself!

Hi Danieth, My haul is too minute to be visible. Seriously, the info about my haul is scattered in my previous posts. Guess you knew. To share with you, I grabbed a regular 2008 TH Dodge Viper last weekend from one supermarket. Since I have already got one, I hesitated at first. At RM 6.90, it is not as cheap as before. Hope the price will come down. At the current price, I chose to ignore many cars. However, the good ones + THs are forever my targets!

What do you intend to do to the loose car?

Need to take a good look again to cofirm whether it is really oily or just appearing oily.

My Drift car I got it from TRU last Saturday is not oily.

Yesterday I was at one TRU store and this was the story. When I was searching through a heap of HW cars and about to leave, the staff put two pieces of Dodge Charger Drift Car there and I was surprised why he had done that. I grabbed one and asked him why and he told me someone had hidden the cars somewhere. Anyway, I was happy bec. I managed to grab one which I had been looking for all this while. Wah, not cheap at RM 6.90 now! Wonder the price will increase further soon. Giant is selling at RM6.99 but Tesco at RM6.50. At Parkson, Buy 3 Free 1 offer is on.

Is the car realy oily or just looks oily? I noticed those parts of a car touching the brister will look oily.
