the most common i've experience are in the infamous federal highway, the traffic can stuck for 100 metres stretch, bumper to bumper but after 200m stretch it will be free flow. These will continue on and on and if you are not careful enough, you can easily crash and involved in 5 or 6 cars pile up and that's phantom!!! -
