hello so.. on the upper-right corner click where it say's "account", go to privacy settings, look dooooown and you'll see 3 links. the middle one say's "block lists". It should be there @spooky: if an app or anyone is blocked you have nooooo way of seeing it

i changed the color today actually! xaxaxa i was bored of the grey so i turned her back close to her original color but i liked the hairpin so i had to make her peach! oh well... maybe i would be more interesting in different PET colorations than petling or especially wigs! (since my pet is a cat she cannot have a wig! her fur would be miserable! ) -

i'm not a mom or after 20 (for 6 months or so yet ) BUT i really would say NO.. My opinion is to ask her to buy you a pre-paid card so you can put some money from your own pocket money to buy them (since from what i know it's cheaper from the mobile ones but i believe you should check it). A good argument would be that you are allowed to spend your pocket money as you like so you prefer to do this than pay one more juice -
