just about any bike manual will do chad there nearly all the same as I said watch some of the youtube vids on it they aint bad to do if his bike has preload adusters on the forks wind them all the way back before doing them -
it aint what it use to be,I aint been for years but had some good bargains when I use to go -
any before and after figures did ya get some more bhp @mark hered good things about that dyno centre -

The lads new hobby one of many lol so after buying him a set up took him today set him all up 3rd cast out sat there the jammy sod only pulls a 5lb carp out one of many Never had that luck when I use to go lol anyway had a brill day out with him think were off again next week

it aint to bad Dave just gets a bit of getting use to Ive gone from pc to laptop so not using the mouse anymore lol will get use to it think me lads sick of me asking stuff lol
