funny that, was talking about it the other day, and HG recon its bullshit and will never work... funny thing is anything they dont sell they seem to think is shit Sorry mate, who is "HG"? Im a qualified music technician and producer and I don't see any reason that it wouldn't work. Who did you speak to? Wasnt you mate so dont worry lol. been a couple times different people in there said shit about other products they dont sell :P you could probs guess who it was anyway lol Anyway, it will work and i will be trying one out soon so will let ya all know what there like

Agreed. I notice this on a few factory systems, but less so on sporty aftermarket ones. With twin can's, Its almost as if the bike has a 2 into 1 or a 4 into 1 and the 2nd can just takes a bit when its needed or more cosmetic. Im sure there's a reason, cost, or easy to build probably. Not ideal for ultimate performance but fine in most applications. You'll find a lot of good headers for v-twins, the rear cylinder pipe will bend back towards the front of the bike, loop round and join back up to provide a equal length header whilst having optimum flow one of many wonders for exhausts

what i've noticed is the right hand side tends to get hot before the left on most v-twins, not sure why though!! you would know if it was only running on one cylinder though Plus the header on the strom is a stupid T shape i think, so the front cylinder is straight to the right can ( although has a cross over pipe ) and the rear cylinder goes into a T shaped peice and split between the left and right can ( that make any sense? )
