  1. didn't use it for the grips Mark they seemed really tight without it but got some rubber floor grip ordered for the patio door step so be good for that, will get it back to you soon mate, cheers!

  5. Just ordered some new rubber handlebar grips for our Katherines XR don't think they come with any grip glue plentyof glue on Ebay but is there anything easier at hand to use..... Evostick, Mastic or hairspray any suggestions what others have used? Thanks!

That's unlucky Dick! only you will know if your happy with the repair, but I did think these self fit plugs were a temporary repair When I got a nail in the rear of new pilot road 2 after 300 miles I took them to C&S tyres in Middlesbrough who plugged it for me for a £10nner 3000 miles later and its still fine (and I do keep checking) hope they work for you Dick.

We don't have much spare space Dave but if its the difference between you coming or not you could kip on an airbed in the front room (and Mel its a double!) or there is always a Travelodge But I cant believe there isn't a B&B/Hotel available in Alston/Middleton-in-Teesdale somewhere First one in Google search looks nice but not sure about secure parking http://www.teesdalehotel.co.uk/ Shame you cant make it Mike! Think its £1 for very short stay Dick last time I picked up my son I waited outside the airport for him to ring me them picked him up paid my £1 on exiting the car park (after griping about robbing Bas**ds) I was told there is free pickup only but I couldn't find it He got back from Paris 2 weeks ago but came back on the metro/then East Coast................Doesn't really help you does it
  17. Been trying to get my daughter into these MT-03's Mat as they only produce 45bhp, get fantastic reviews and are suitable for an A2 licence. Its the same engine as the Derbi pete's getting derived from Yamaha's XT660. A few people at work have had them (XT660) and they really shift!

  24. Nice bike Chad Skelly used to have a GSXR400 years ago with a Yoshi can, he used to embarrass a lot of much more capable machines throughout the twisties. It got stolen otherwise i think he would still have it. Have fun getting it fettled
